The African American community has”waved the bible in the air and waved it like we just don’t care” when it comes to Lesbians and Gays. And most of the Black churches have been on the front lines of this battle. Bishop Eddie Long runs the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church and a school called the New Birth Christian Academy. He routinely preaches against the “evils of homosexuality” and has even called for violence against us. But as we all know, those who yell the loudest usually have a front seat in the closet. And the newest member is Long. He is being sued by TWO MEN who claim he forced and coerced them into having sex with him. Can the congregation say “AMEN!”
The good “bishop” has been one of the most vocal “anti-gay” so called “men of god” going so far as to say that “God says you, Lesbians and Gays (emphasis mine) deserve death!” In 2004, he and his congregation strongly supported the amending of the Georgia state constitution banning Same Couple Marriage. Long has made no secret of his complete HATE of Lesbians and Gays. This self loathing GAY MAN has now been exposed for being the exact thing that he preaches against!
Long is being charged by two men, Anthony Flagg and Maurice Robinson of sexual abuse. In Flagg’s suit Long is being accused of “sexual acts and relationships for his own personal gratification.” In Robinson’s suit he claims that Eddie “selected certain young men and employees for sexual acts and relationships for his own personal gratification.” Robinson also claims that “jewelry, cars, clothes, and electronics” were used to entice these boys into doing what Long wanted them to do. These young men were well known in the church as the “Spiritual Sons” of Longs. These are the same young men who he was “mentoring on their masculine journey!” I guess we now have a new term for GAY MALE SEXUAL ACTS!
Reports say that Longs’ church is what is called a “mega church” and has over 30,000 members. So to say that he was “god like” would be an understatement. Robinson’s suit says that Eddie used “pastoral sessions” where he read bible passages that reinforced his control over the boys. As to why he thought this kind of activity would continue is beyond me.
At some point, no matter what the situation, the abused person will realize that what is being done to them is wrong. Some people will internalize what happened to them by using drugs and alcohol to self medicate. Others will begin to burn, cut, or mutilate themselves to ease the pain. Still others will externalize their anger and become violent to anyone or anything that comes across their paths. How many boys, now grown men, came across the path of an accused PREDATOR named Eddie L Long, who went on to abuse other people? Only time will tell. Because just like the catholic church, once the first few cases of abuse came to light and lawsuits were filed, there was soon an onslaught. I can’t wait to see how many other men come forward and take the first steps into healing their souls!
Eddie, I must say that I am LOVING what is happening to you know. Because your sermons have been MEAN SPIRITED and certainly not something that the god in the bibles condones. Your lack of “christian love” has been heard loud and clear. And as you said in one of your videos, “And if they don’t change, they’re going straight to hell. Homosexuality and lesbianism are spiritual abortions,” …. “Homosexuality is a manifestation of the fallen man.” I guess YOU must have fallen too Mr. Long. Right out of the closet!

I really hadn’t planned on commenting on this story because I thought Tony Kornheiser statements about Hannah Storm’s outfit being “too tight“, “like she has sausage casing wrapped around her body” and was ”a Holden Caulfield fantasy” were just stupid. It sounded to me like Tony needed a little “me time” because his comments were more sexual than fashion conscious. And we all know that sex is a part of sports. That’s what cheerleaders are all about! I just saw a porn video being passed off as a March Madness preview!
When I first heard about the comments and the suspension, I thought he needed the time off to go to Vegas and get his “head right.” It’s not like the money loss would kill him. Because it was just a stupid thing to say. Before I had seen the outfit, I was expecting to see her half naked. Instead, the first thing I thought when I saw it was “sock-it-too-me.” Yes, I’m old enough to remember Laugh-In. The outfit Hannah had on was “funky.” Not overly sexual. Face it, I think Tony let the “little head” control what the “big head” thought and did. Not the first time that has happened right fellas? LOL
Sex has been a part of sports for decades. That’s why we have half naked women jumping, bouncing, and jiggling at many sporting events. Have you seen the “ring girls” at a boxing matches? Or how about the girls standing next to the Nascar and Tour de France winners? And do I need to elaborate on the cheerleaders on football fields and at basketball arenas? Sex has and will always be a part of sports.

Most of my friends are men. And I’ve heard every derogatory comment made about women. Some funny, some really mean, and some that are just plain FUCKED UP! Most of the mean and FUCKED UP comments are from mean who most people would readily admit are straight out TRIFLIN! These comments are from men who are insecure and don’t have much going for themselves. They feel that being a man gives them the right to say and do whatever they want to and with a woman. And they “won’t have a woman telling them what to do.” The best part of their whole outlook on life is that they really and truly can’t understand why they either can’t find a “good woman” or why their relationships don’t last. And when they ask me, and I tell them, they all say “that’s not it.” Their ideal woman is someone who is attractive without a brain or the ability to have an opinion other than theirs. Their wish may have finally come true!
A man has created a talking robot who will say whatever their “master” tells them to say. And this includes having sex. The robot sells for $7000.00. The inventor claims that he is already taking pre-orders for the robot. And THOUSANDS OF MEN have ordered a robot! Roxxxy can be positioned in all human positions and is anatomically correct. The robot can’t walk, do laundry, clean or cook, but you can have sex with it! All for the low price of $7000.00!!!!!
This is the PERFECT woman for men who have NOTHING GOING FOR THEMSELVES and are VERY LONELY! While I’m sure this guy will make a lot of money on his invention, it doesn’t speak well of men in general. This robot takes the plastic woman/sheep sex toys to a new level. Is this something that you are going to tell your mama that you have purchased? Your sisters? Your friends? Are you going to take Roxxxy to the club and drag her across the dance floor? To a ball game? Out in public? How much public ridicule do you think ANY MAN who has this robot will take? What about your children? If you think kids can be cruel, what’s going to happen when your children’s friends find out that you have a sex robot at home! You are spending $7000.00 on something that you are going to hide. HUH?

I could help but laugh my FAT ASS OFF when I read that former Miss california, carrie prejean, has decided to drop her lawsuit against the california Pageant because of the threat to release a sex tape in which prejean is the star! The tape is said to be so racy that people are SCARED to release it!
If you will recall, prejean announced at the Miss America pageant that she didn’t believe in Same Couple Marriage, even uttering the phrase, “not in her country.” With those words, she became the Republican AND the National Organization for Marriage, poster child. She was ferried around the country, first class, to dozens of speaking engagements where she was the “toast of the town.” Then there were some pictures of her in suggestive poses and with areas of her body barely covered. She said she was “tempted by the devil when she posed for those pictures.” Isn’t that convenient! Now with the release of the sex tape, I wonder what, or who, she is going to say “tempted her” this time?
I wonder if she is going to continue to be the “family values” spokesperson now that she has joined the ranks of Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, and Pam Anderson, among others, as people who have participated in sex tapes? I wonder if she is still going to be ferried around the country talking about “traditional marriage?” I wonder if her phone will even ring from anyone other than Playboy or Penthouse? From published reports, of the million dollars she was seeking from the Miss california pageant, she walked away with ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, NOTHING! Not one damn cent!
To recap, she lost the miss california title, she sued the pageant, and then dropped the suit once the sex tape was about to be released. You almost want to feel sorry for her. But the DAMAGE she caused to the Gay community can’t be undone. And because of that, I feel that the creator is letting her know that she doesn’t decide what goes on in this “country.” Maybe she will have a little more compassion for the “others” now that she is one!

A known rapist who has hidden with the tacit approval of many of the top notch actors, actresses, and directors in Hollywood, was finally arrested on an outstanding warrant that was issued more than 30 years ago. Roman Polanski, whose wife, Sharon Tate, was murdered by the Manson gang, was arrested in Switzerland after getting off of the plane to accept a Lifetime Achievement Award. That he was able to run from the long arms of the law for 30 years, and do so freely, is appalling. What is even worse, is that some people think he should be set free!
In 1978, Roman was arrested and PLEAD GUILTY TO drugging and raping a 13yr old girl. But he fled to Europe, France to be specific, before he could ever spend a night in prison. He was able to travel all over Europe without any problems. He worked with some of the most famous European AND American actors, actresses, and directors, all of whom knew what he had done. But to them, RAPE must not be such a bad thing. Because these poor excuses for human beings didn’t bat an eye about working for or with him. And now that he has been arrested, these same people want him freed.
On the View, hostess Whoopi Goldberg, who I HAD much respect for, stated that it “wasn’t rape-rape.” HUH? He was 37 years old, she was 13, he plied he with drugs and alcohol, and then ANALLY and ORALLY PENETRATED HER! And he NEVER spent one day in prison for that crime! I’d like to think that in hindsight, Ms. Goldberg has come to a different decision. But I always go with the first thing that comes out of someone’s mouth. Lost behind all of the bullshit rhetoric about Same Sex Marriage is the fact that REAL PEOPLE and REAL PEOPLE’S LIVES and HAPPINESS are at stake. That the unfairness of it all seems to be lost when people try and defend “traditional marriage.” And what is even more galling is that other than them making these two statements “it’s against god/the bible” and “because marriage is between a man and a woman” they never put forth any other argument. Relationships whether Gay or straight are the same. The only difference is sex. Just like there are striaght marriages that have been together for 20, 30, and 40 or more years, there are Gay marriages that have been together 20, 30, and 50 years or more. The late Del Martin and her WIFE Phyllis Lyon were together over 55 years are were only able to get married during that brief period in california when Lesbian marriages were legal. Let me repeat that. They were together 55 YEARS and were only able to get married in 2008 during that brief period when Lesbian marriages were allowed in california. I would hope that even those people whose underwear get in a bunge when Same Sex Marriages are brought up would see the utter travesty in a situation like that. If you think being in a relationship with someone for 55 years is not a marriage then you don’t really know what a marriage is. And more the pity for you!
We now have another situation where the fact that Lesbians can’t get married is affecting REAL PEOPLE’S LIVES. Shirley Tan and her WIFE Jay Mercado have been together for 23 years. They have twin 12 year old sons together. Shirley is from the Phillipines and is facing deportation. She came here seeking asylum because she was shot in the head as a result of an inheritance dispute. If Jay were a man, she could have, YEARS AGO, sponsored Shirley, and she would have already become an American citizen. But because they are both women, that is not possible. How can ANYONE say this situation isn’t just WRONG????
As a heteosexual man, and maybe a woman, I can go to a website and ask for a catalog to be sent to me. In this catalog there will be young women from different continents like Africa, Russia, Asia, Europe, and South America, who are willing to marry any SLUB who will bring them to America and make them citizens. And this is COMPLETELY LEGAL! Yet two lesbians who have spent 23 years together in a loving, crying, playing, fighting, bill paying, in sickness and in health relationship, getting married is ILLEGAL. There is something very wrong with this situation. And if you can’t see how WRONG this is, ALL THE MORE PITY FOR YOU!!!

Let me begin by saying this. I have been in a similar situation that this young lady was in. But unlike her, I did not create the situation. It was created for me. And I probably felt just as bad as she did. The difference is that I am still here and she isn’t. Maybe age had something to do with it. Or maybe the fact that I’m not going out like that is the reason I’m still here. But either way, I feel little sympathy for her. I just DON’T!
I just read an article that stated a young girl committed suicide because of a “sexting” incident. For those of you who don’t know what “sexting” is, it’s sending sexy, nude, or pornographic pictures over your cell phone or other wireless device. This young lady sent the pictures to her then boyfriend, who after they broke up, sent those pictures to other girls, and you can bet the guys already saw them, who proceeded to make her life miserable. Miserable to the point that she hated going to school. And this is where the similarities begin.
At San Diego City College, there was a rumor that I was a lesbian. No one ever said they saw me with another woman. No one ever said they saw me do anything with any women. What was said is that I “looked” at other women. YUP, that was my crime! Not like Jack Tripper used to look at Chrissy, Janet, and Terry, just looked at them. And I endured semesters of whispers, murmurs, and pointing. And should someone not have known about my “crime“, it was quickly brought to their attention. Luckily for me, most of the people who were “told about me” didn’t seem to care. They continued to talk to me and it didn’t matter. But yes, there were times when I didn’t want to go to class. And times where I was ready to toss people off of the second floor of the building we were on. But I was in my mid twenties and saw the bigger picture. And the fact that I was usually one of the people who always “fucked up the curve“, I was able to get my revenge that way! No one had the balls to come up to my face and say anything. But the murmurs and other crap were aggravating just the same.

When I heard that Charles Barkley was arrested for a DUI, I shook my head in amazement that someone with so much to lose would put it at risk. Then when I heard his excuse of wanting to get Oral Sex, I figured anyone that stupid needed to lose things. How dumb can you be? As I said in an earlier post when it happened, that in time this would pass and all would be forgiven. But that was before T-Mobil dropped him so fast that Seismologists reported a earth tremor when Charles fell. So I figured that’s what happens when you fall off the pedestal. What I didn’t figure was that the color of your skin might have something to do with it also!
Olympian Michael Phelps won 8 Gold medals at the 2008 Olympics and has done a Victory Lap around the world ever since. He has gotten awards, prime seats at sporting events, and rubbed shoulders with the “beautiful people.” Yet this past week, a picture of him smoking Marijuana out of a bong has surfaced. He has admitted that the picture is indeed real. So his sponsors should be running for the hills right now right? No, that’s not the case. Thus far his sponsors are “standing by him.” HUH??? Isn’t possession of Marijuana and drug paraphenalia a CRIME? Hasn’t he admitted that he did it? Or does he have the Marijuana Card which allows him to smoke? This isn’t his first issue with the law. In 2004, he was arrested for Drunk Driving. But because he was just Mike Phelps and not Michael Phelps, it was a blip on the “celebrity screw up” map.
So what is the difference? Why was one guy dropped like an expired EBT Card, and the other embraced like nothing happened? Is it because one guy was arrested and the other wasn’t? You be the judge. Either way …. IT MUST BE NICE!!!!!!!!!!

Let me say this first. I have always loved school and loved, and still love, to learn new things. I’ve been fortunate in my life to have the ability to learn things fairly easily and the subjects that didn’t come naturally to me, the brains to figure it out. Why I am certainly no genius, I could have done whatever I wanted to do. While my father was DEFINITELY one of the biggest assholes god ever created, he was no dummy. Any my mother was one of the first African American women that I knew personally, who refused to “play dumb” to make anyone feel better about themselves. The second was a teacher that I had at Lemon Grove Junior High, named Mrs. Coleman, who was my English teacher. She would always tell me that I was being very “loquacious” today. Not knowing what that meant, she told me to look it up. It meant that I was talking to much. Go figure. Me talking too much! LOL The confidence that I acquired from these two women is immeasurable and I thank them both! While I certainly had teachers who had “been on the job too long“, I have been blessed to have sat in classrooms with teachers/professors who loved what they did and it showed. That, beginning in elementary and up through college, is the reason I have love school and respect teachers. So it pissed me off to no end that THREE IDIOT JUDGES in Washington State said that it was OK for a teacher to have sex with a student if that student is over 18 years old!! WTF!!
The teacher, Matthew Hirschfelder, YUP I have no problem calling his sorry, triflin ass out, was initially charged with First Degree Sexual Misconduct with a graduating senior in 2006. What was his explanations for his actions? Not that as a teacher, he had NO RIGHT to even go there. Not that he was in a position of power whether expressed or implied over her. Not that what he did was UNETHICAL and IMMORAL. His defense? She was over 18. At the time, he was 33 years old. Yeah, OK. What a loser! Oh, and did I mention that one of the judges is a woman????
My former high school, Helix High School in La Mesa, CA, has had at least four incidences of teachers or coaches who have had sexual relationships with students in the last two years alone! A kid who lives on my block and attended Helix in the last two years, a neighbor, and I were talking and he said that those four were just the “tip of the iceberg.” That many other teachers quit or moved before they could be charged for their actions. YIKES!! At Lemon Grove Junior High, a teacher was arrested for having Child Porn on his computer. My high school basketball coach was alleged to have had “relationships” with many of his players. While I have no proof of this, I did hang out with him and other teammates where alcohol was around. And he did eventually marry a former player after she graduated from high school. So how far of a leap does anyone need to take???
